BRIE GONZALEZ
Counselor, MEd, CMHC (she, her)
Hi, I’m Brie!
I am a relational, trauma-informed therapist in Salt Lake City, Utah.
I support adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and relationship patterns rooted in early experiences.
In therapy, the relationship we build becomes a place to slow down, explore what’s beneath the overwhelm, and reconnect to yourself. I integrate somatic work, EMDR, and mindfulness to help you feel grounded, clear, and more fully able to show up in your life and relationships.
With an attachment-based, feminist, and multicultural lens, I’m here to help you return to yourself and move forward with steadiness and self-trust.
